Data controller
Personal data collected on this website is processed by INDIGOLIKE ALFA – Mediação Imobiliária, Lda. (KW Alfa Porto), tax ID (NIPC) 517 659 751, with registered office at Rua Manuel Pinto de Azevedo 7, 4100-321 Porto, holder of real estate license AMI no. 23524 issued by IMPIC. What data we collect
When you fill in a form or request access to a document, we collect your first and last name, country code and mobile phone, email, apartment type and unit of interest, preferred day and time for a visit, your message and your consent choices, as well as the date of the request.
To understand how you reached the website, we store with your request the source of the visit (campaign, source, medium, keyword and ad click identifier), the landing page, the page where you submitted the request and the device type. We also record clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email buttons, without any name or contact details attached.
How we use your data
- To reply to your request, send the information you asked for, schedule and carry out visits and follow up on any offer or purchase. We do this to act on your request, before and during the conclusion of a contract.
- To send information about other properties, opportunities and real estate news. We only do this if you tick that option in the form, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- To assess how the website works and the results of our campaigns, based on our legitimate interest in improving our service, or on your consent when measurement cookies are used.
- To comply with legal obligations, namely tax and anti-money laundering rules, if a transaction takes place.
Your data is used only for matters directly or indirectly related to real estate activity. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Who we share it with
- The owner or developer of the property you are interested in, only as needed to register your interest, schedule visits and handle offers or the purchase.
- Service providers that support us technically, such as website and database hosting, email delivery and, when enabled, Google and Meta measurement tools. These providers only process data according to our instructions.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Requests that do not lead to a transaction: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Consent to receive updates: until you withdraw it.
- Data related to a completed transaction: for the applicable legal periods.
- Visit sources and click records: up to 26 months.
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you and to delete your data. Just write to ricardomartinscoelho@kwportugal.pt or core@kwportugal.pt. We delete the data as soon as possible and within one month at the latest, except for data the law requires us to keep.
Once the periods above have ended, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, restriction of processing, or object to it. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out up to that date. Just write to ricardomartinscoelho@kwportugal.pt. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may file a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies and audience measurement
During your visit only, the website stores the source of your session in your browser so it can be linked to any request you make. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, from Google Ireland Limited, to measure website audience and campaign results. These tools only use cookies after you accept them in the cookie notice; until then they run in consent-denied mode, without cookies. You can decline or change your choice at any time using "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page, or by clearing the website data in your browser.
We also use the Meta Pixel, from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., to measure the results of our campaigns and to show advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This tool is only enabled if you accept marketing cookies in the cookie notice, and you can change that choice at any time. Meta processes this data as a joint controller, as explained in its data policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy whenever necessary. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
